Nesbit Fire Department is composed of many different people with different talents and from different backgrounds. No training or experience is required or necessary to begin volunteering. All necessary training is provided by the department, all we ask is for some of your time and a willingness to learn! There are no residency requirements as long as you remain active, and NFD has had many members volunteer while living all across the county. It is possible to hold multiple roles in the department, and many of our members contribute in more than one of the ways listed below.
